How to Make an Easy Origami Panda Face

Step 1

Start with the white side of the paper facing up, and fold in half diagonally from the bottom right corner to the top left corner.

Then unfold it.

Step 3

Fold in half diagonally from bottom left to top right, getting a new crease perpendicular to the one you just made.

Step 4

Unfold it again, we can see here an intersection point formed by these two creases.

Step 5

Fold the four corners of the paper to the center to meet the intersection point.

Step 6

Unfold the top right and bottom left triangles.

Step 7

Flip it over.

Step 8

Fold the top point of the right side triangle diagonally to meet the midpoint of the base of the triangle.

Step 9

Fold the edge shown by the red line to the crease shown by the blue line and flatten it.

Step 10

Fold the top point of the left side triangle along the dotted line, making sure to go over the edge of the rectangle.

Step 11

Rotate the paper 45 degrees counterclockwise, now you get this adorable panda face.

Step 12

Draw the panda’s eyes, nose, and mouth, you can create its expressions to your liking.
