How to Make an Origami Minecraft Creeper

Step 1

Place the paper with the colored side facing down. Fold the paper in half horizontally, leaving a crease, and unfold it. Fold the top and bottom edges to align with this crease and unfold it.

Step 2

Fold the paper in half vertically, leaving a crease, and unfold it. Fold the left and right edges to align with this crease and unfold it.

Step 3

Fold the top edge to align with the left edge, leaving a short diagonal crease indicated by the dotted line, and unfold it.

Step 4

Flip the paper from left to right.

Step 5

Fold the top edge to align with the left edge, leaving a short diagonal crease indicated by the dotted line, and unfold it.

Step 6

Fold the top edge to align with the vertical crease on the right side, leaving a short crease indicated by the dotted line, and unfold it.

Step 7

Fold the bottom edge to align with the horizontal crease indicated by the grey line, leaving a crease, and unfold it.

Step 8

Fold the left edge to align with the vertical crease on the left side, leaving a short crease shown by the dotted line. Then, fold the left edge to align with the crease you made in the previous step, leaving a short diagonal crease, and unfold the paper completely.

Step 9

Fold the right edge to align with the vertical crease on the left side, leaving a crease indicated by the dotted line. Then, fold the right edge to align with the crease you made in Step 7 to leave a short diagonal crease and unfold the paper completely.

Step 10

Turn over the paper from left to right.

Step 11

Based on the valley fold creases indicated by the black dotted lines and the mountain fold crease indicated by the red dotted line, lift the top and right edges, then attach the upper right flap to the upper upright layer.

Step 12

Mountain fold the short crease indicated by the red dotted line, then lift the left edge along the vertical crease shown by the black dotted line.

Step 13

Fold down the top edge of the left layer along the crease indicated by the dotted line, then press down the top triangle flap backward and tuck it into the pocket under it.

Step 14

Rotate the model 90 degrees from left to right; then valley fold the creases indicated by the black dotted lines and mountain fold the crease indicated by the red dotted line. Finally, press down the intersection point of the valley fold creases and push the bottom section of the left and right edges toward the center.

Rotate the model 180 degrees from left to right and repeat this for this side.

Step 15

Pinch the bottom part and push it upward to form a flat flap.

Step 16

Take out another piece of paper and fold it in half vertically, leaving a crease, and unfold it.

Step 17

Fold the left and right edges to align with the middle vertical crease, then repeat this: fold the left and right edges to align with the middle vertical crease, crease them well, and unfold the paper completely.

Step 18

Fold the top and bottom edges to align with the middle horizontal crease, then repeat this: fold the top and bottom edges to align with the middle horizontal crease.

Step 19

Open the pockets on both sides, as the following pictures show.

Step 20

Turn over the paper from front to back, and fold the left and right edges toward the center along the dotted lines separately.

Step 21

Flip the paper from front to back, then fold it in half vertically from left to right.

Step 22

Assemble these two modules.

Step 23

You can draw expressions for it like I did.
