Origami Square Star Box Step 1: Star with a 6 inch x 6 inch (15cm x 15cm) square origami paper, color side up. Fold paper in half on both diagonal axis. Crease well and unfold.

Origami Square Star Box Step 2: Fold both sides to the center. Crease well and unfold.

Origami Square Star Box Step 3: Fold point A over to point B.

Origami Square Star Box Step 4: Fold point A back over to the right.

Origami Square Star Box Step 5: Now fold point C over to point A.

Origami Square Star Box Step 6: Now fold point C back over to the left.

Origami Square Star Box Step 7: We now need to make a squash fold. Pry paper open then fold on the diagonal shown below.

Origami Square Star Box Step 8: Lift bottom flap up and over to the top. Press paper flat.

Origami Square Star Box Step 9: Fold the top layer down.

Origami Square Star Box Step 10: Rotate paper 180 degrees.

Origami Square Star Box Step 11: Repeat Steps 7 to 9 on the bottom half. You should get this when you've completed those steps.

Origami Square Star Box Step 12: Fold the top flap down.

Origami Square Star Box Step 13: Fold the left and right corners towards one another.

Origami Square Star Box Step 14: Fold the top flap upwards.

Origami Square Star Box Step 15: Rotate paper 180 degrees.

Origami Square Star Box Step 16: Repeat Steps 12 to 14 on the top half. When you're done, you should get the following...

Origami Square Star Box Step 17: Fold where indicated below. Crease well and unfold.

Origami Square Star Box Step 18: Pry paper open and straighten the sides to complete your box.
