Origami Diamond Star

Origami Diamond Star Step 1: Fold an origami boat base. This is a common origami base that is used as a starting point in many origami so we've written detailed instructions on how to fold this base on a separate page.

Origami Diamond Star Step 2: We now need to make a squash fold. We'll start with the upper right corner. Bring the right side over to the left, pry open the paper and squash it down to form a square.
